1. Launch IM Video Image Capture.
2. Click Open button to load a video file from disk.
3. Click Play button to start video playback.
4. Drag the slider or click on the thumbnail below to seek to your desired frame.
5. Click Capture button to capture on-screen frame that is currently being playing, then click Ok button to save the frame into built-in image library.
6. Once you save the frame into image library, you can view it with built-in image browser; crop or resize it with built-in image editing tools; export it to BMP, JPEG, PNG file, PDF document and desktop wallpaper even web album for online viewing.
