Q1. Why can't I play some vob files in my DVD disk, but it's ok for others?

A1. It seems that your DVD is encrypted. Please use DVD Decrypter or similar tools to rip the vob files to local disk, and then try to play and capture them by using IM Video Image Capture again.

Q2. Why can't I save images? I'm using Vista!

A2. You have to run the program as Administrator.

Q3. I cannot seek my DVD video, why?

A3. Some DVD videos have duration problem. You can use IM DVD Image Capture to play and capture it, see also.
