- Q: Why can't I play some vob files in my DVD disk, but it's ok for others?
- A: It seems that your DVD is encrypted. Please use DVD Decrypter or similar tools to rip the vob files to local disk, and then try to play and capture them again.
- Q: Why can't I save images? I'm using Vista!
- A: You have to run the program as Administrator.
- Q: I cannot seek my DVD video, why?
- A: Some DVD videos' duration metadata are wrong. You can use IM DVD Image Capture to play and capture them. Buy IM Video Image Capture Get One IM DVD Image Capture.
